1. Data controller
The owner's identification details (legal name, tax ID and registered address) will be published on this page as soon as the company's incorporation is completed. In the meantime, you can contact us at info@fisqo.com.

2. What data we process
We process the data you send us by email or through the contact form. The form only prepares an email in your mail app: the website does not store what you type. It may include:
- Your name and email.
- The market and service you're interested in.
- Your message and anything else you choose to tell us.
The FISQO Route runs in your browser: it does not store or send your answers. If you choose to review it with an adviser, the summary is added to the email you send.
Technical browsing data is also processed, as explained in the Cookie policy.
3. Purposes
- Answering your enquiries.
- Preparing and sending you proposals.
- Managing the pre-contractual and contractual relationship.
- Coordinating with partner professionals when you hire a service.
- Letting you know about FISQO Cloud if you join the waitlist.
- Aggregate website analytics, only if you accept it.
4. Legal basis
Under Article 6 GDPR, we process your data on the following bases:
- Your consent (waitlist, analytics).
- Taking pre-contractual steps or performing a contract.
- Compliance with legal obligations.
- Our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.
5. Retention
We keep data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry. If you are a client, for the duration of the relationship and the applicable legal periods. Waitlist data, until you unsubscribe.
6. Recipients and processors
To run the website and assist you, some providers process data on our behalf:
- Lovable, provider of the website platform and hosting.
- Cloudflare, for DNS, security and performance.
- Our email provider.
- Licensed partner professionals (agents, lawyers, advisers), only when needed to deliver the service you request.
We do not sell your data.
7. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (for example, in the US). Where this happens, appropriate safeguards are used, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework when the provider is certified, or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
8. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@fisqo.com.
If you believe we have not handled your rights properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
9. Minors
This website is not aimed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly process their data.
10. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version will be published here with its update date.
